we partner with Ninja Van for reliable and timely delivery of our products. Please review our shipping policy below: Shipping Areas: We offer shipping across the Philippines through Ninja Van. Delivery is available to both metro and provincial areas. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order. Delivery Timeframe: Metro Manila: 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. Provincial Areas: 3-7 business days after the order has been processed. During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays. We will notify you in case of any expected delays. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery through Ninja Van’s tracking system. Delivery Attempts: Ninja Van will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery fails after the second attempt, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply if a re-delivery is required. Unsuccessful Delivery: If you are unable to receive the package during the delivery attempts, please contact Ninja Van or our customer service team to reschedule or provide alternative delivery instructions. Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. If your location is deemed out of Ninja Van's serviceable areas, we will contact you to arrange alternative delivery options.
